Cole Allen Pletka brings a competitive playing background and a strong passion for development to Texans Baseball. He began coaching with the program in the fall of 2023 and has worked with the 11U–13U age groups, currently serving as the 13U coach. Cole has coached exclusively with Texans Baseball and values helping players grow, learn from failure, and improve through the process.
Cole played at Fort Bend Travis High School, Alvin Community College, and the University of Dayton, including a fifth year due to COVID eligibility. Although he no longer suits up as a player, he still thrives on competition and enjoys testing his teams against top programs. Outside of baseball, Cole enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and their dog.
