James Madrid brings over 20 years of coaching experience at both the youth and high school levels. He began coaching with Texans Baseball in 2024 and currently serves as the 11U coach. James is passionate about teaching the game the right way and believes the most rewarding part of coaching is sharing the life lessons baseball provides while helping players grow as athletes and teammates.
Throughout his coaching career, James has focused on player development and creating a positive, team-first environment. He is most excited about seeing each player continue to improve their skills, build confidence, and develop as teammates. When he’s not coaching, James enjoys spending time with his kids and golfing.
