Director of High School Baseball Operations
Mike Partida brings a wealth of experience across professional baseball, collegiate athletics, and high school development. He spent seven years with the Cincinnati Reds organization as an Area Supervisor throughout South Texas and Louisiana identifying and evaluating talent at the amateur level.
In addition to his professional scouting background Mike Partida has seven years of collegiate coaching experience. He worked at the Division I level with Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and at the junior college level with Alvin Community College, where he served as recruiting coordinator and helped develop and place athletes at the next level.
Mike Partida also spent five years coaching at the high school level, including stops at Deer Park High School and Houston Christian High School. During that time he spent three years with the Houston Astros Urban Youth Academy providing instruction and mentorship, helping grow the game and develop young talent in the community.
