About Texans Baseball

Texans Baseball is a select baseball organization based in Houston, Texas, with eight teams ranging from 9U to 15U. Our program is built on player development, competitive game play, and a team-first culture. We are committed to preparing athletes with the skills, mindset, and experience needed to compete at the next level.

Culture First

Culture is the foundation of everything we do. At Texans Baseball, we believe strong teams are built through accountability, effort, and respect. By defining and living our culture every day, we create an environment where players are challenged to compete, grow, and succeed together.

At Texans Baseball, development is intentional and comprehensive. Our athletes train through field practices, batting practice, and strength and conditioning with SP Collective, while also receiving mental performance training from Dr. Mark Andrews and nutrition support from Hannah Cooper. For older age groups, scout-style practices help prepare players for next-level competition. The work put in every day shows when it matters most—on game day.

Our coaches are aligned in purpose and vision, focused on giving every player the opportunity to reach their potential. Through strong leadership and consistency, our coaching staff sets the example—helping develop confident athletes and future leaders both on and off the field.

We provide players with the opportunity and tools needed to continue growing and advancing their game. Opportunity and exposure come through both competition and preparation. Texans Baseball competes in a wide range of tournaments and travel events, including opportunities to play in Cooperstown, Omaha, and Arizona. Older age groups also take part in scout practices, providing valuable exposure and preparation. Tryout information is available for athletes interested in joining the program.

At the core of everything we do is a genuine love for the game. We coach, train, and compete because we are passionate about the sport of baseball. Our players learn to love the process, respect the work, and appreciate the results that come from preparation. This passion fuels our vision and gives purpose to everything we build at Texans Baseball.
